Swivels
Swivel components can reduce the bending and movement of hoses and tubing, eliminate internal stresses and dampen vibration.
Hydraulic swivels are fluid pivot connectors. They permit relative movement and rotation and provide a sealed flow path for hydraulic media. Swivels are connected to tubes by either permanent or separable connections. They are available in various tube sizes, aluminum and stainless steel, and titanium in straight, elbow & U shaped swivel.
- Â Available port connections include flared, flareless, and lipseal.
- Â Two-piece seal design for low rotary torque and long seal life.
- Â Can be used with permanently swaged hose-to-tube fittings.

Permaswage® hoses can be used in power plant, air frame, or vacuum systems to carry hydraulic fluids, engine fuels and coolants at temperatures from -65°F to 250°F.
Hosing Specifications
- Â Oil & fuel resistant synthetic compound.
- Â Sizes 04, 05, 06, 08, 10 and 12 are double wire braided. Size 16 is triple wire braided.
- Â Single wire & single cotton braid.
- Â Single cotton braid embedded in bond ing material.
- Â Oil & fuel resistant synthetic impregnated cotton braid.
